The Saga Continues…
Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to blog number two! (And the crowd goes wild!) It’s amazing how quickly one becomes drawn to the lure of posting one’s thoughts and observances for the world.
For instance, I have never been crazy about crunchy peanut butter. It’s true. In fact, as a child, I spent many a frustrated afternoon picking out the miniscule peanut bits from my sandwiches. I found that the bits tore the bread when I tried to achieve the satiny smooth wave that appeared in peanut butter commercials. Plus, as a child I had a plethora of cavities and a peanut bit in your tooth makes for a rough day.
Now, while at some later point, I may feel compelled to wax poetic about peanut butter and its many uses (the cookie, the sandwich, the gum-from-hair remover), as well as the advantages of crunchy peanut butter than have slowly come to light as I have grown older and wiser, that is not the subject of this blog.
This is about the fact that now I feel I have a place to expound on my peanut butter-esque thoughts.
I encourage you to suggest other things as well. Why stop at peanut butter? I have an opinion on just about everything. Hand sanitizer. The rising cost of stamps (41 cents! Seriously?!). Why tea is better than coffee. Why coffee is hipper than tea. Why I think hip should be reintroduced into modern conversation. If there is something you think I should think about, let me know!
In the meantime, have a stellar day!
You are a perfect blogger… elloquent and funny!! But i already knew that because a mutual friend of ours lets me read his emails from time to time… simply because they are so elloquent and funny!

for years now i have been using the question “how do you feel about peanut butter?” as a random question i ask people i am meeting for the first time, or when there is an awkward pause in conversation. i have theories about what love of creamy over crunchy says about a person. and people who don’t know how to respond and can’t come up with an answer on the spot are just booorrriiinnggg.
so, congratulations. you are at least not boring.
